Other Visas / DACA
Investor Visas
Entrepreneurs who invest at least $1,000,000 into a new business or $500,000 into a business in a targeted employment area can then apply for a green card. The business must create at least 10 permanent jobs within the United States and meet other criteria.
An individual may also qualify for a treaty-investor visa that allows for a lower monetary investment level; however, the applicant must be from one of an approved list of countries. Furthermore, an treat-investor visa will not lead to lawful permanent residency.
Please contact our office to schedule a consultation to review your options for investor visas.
Other Temporary Non-Immigrant Visas – Student and Visitor Visas
Visitor and student visas are available to individuals interested in coming to the United States on a temporary basis to study, spend leisure time or attend a work related event/training.
Other non-immigrant visa classifications are also available. Each visa classification has its own eligibility guidelines; therefore, it is important to seek the advice and guidance of an experienced immigration attorney to help in identifying potential visa options available and the associated requirements.
Please contact our office to schedule a consultation to review your options for non-immigrant visas.
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) provides for certain individuals who entered the United States prior to the age of 16 to gain employment authorization and defer action on their current status. DACA does not provide a lawful immigration status; however, allows an undocumented individual to gain employment authorization and defer action on their current status.
Our office has successfully obtained DACA status for many clients; please contact our office to schedule a consultation.
